Susannah, Bedfordshire

"After finding out I was pregnant, I discussed options with Lydia and soon started 1-1 classes - which were brilliant!! Full of professionalism, a calming voice and very well explained exercises throughout, you know exactly what you need to do and how to do it. Lydia listened each week to what my aches and pains were and tailored the session to suit. I felt so much better! Now, having had my baby boy, I am looking forward to getting back to classes after my 6-week check up with the doctor."

PREGNANCY PILATES

Pregnancy is a time of incredible change, and every journey is unique. My personalised sessions are designed to help you stay strong, mobile, and comfortable as your body changes, while preparing you for birth with confidence.

Whether you're in your first trimester or approaching your due date, every session is tailored to your body, your stage of pregnancy, and how you're feeling on the day.

POSTNATAL PILATES

Returning to exercise after having a baby can feel daunting, but you don't have to do it alone. These sessions provide a safe, supportive space to rebuild strength, reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, improve posture, and help you feel confident in your body again. Every recovery is different, so we'll progress at a pace that's right for you.

Why train with me?

I'm qualified in both Ante & Postnatal Pilates and Designing Pre & Postnatal Exercise Programmes, with over 12 years' experience teaching clients through pregnancy and recovery. My aim is to provide expert guidance in a calm, supportive environment, helping you feel strong and supported every step of the way.
